A word about Counselling

I am a qualified counsellor and a full member of the British Association Of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). I have a humanistic approach, putting you at the heart of my practice. I believe that by providing you with a safe space to explore your experience & feelings, compassionately without judgement you can begin to create healthy boundaries for yourself, gain perspective on present and past situations meaning you can thrive and begin to heal. 

I am based in Horsham for those who chose to attend in person.

We will work in collaboration. I will listen to you and what you desire to change or achieve, then offer different perspective about the issues that are holding you back and keeping you from living the fulfilling life you deserve. Our focus is to help you heal, increase your self awareness in order to use your own autonomy, and become aware of your inner strengths. For some or most of your life you may have been seeking approval from others. In our sessions you are the expert of your own, feelings, thoughts and behaviour were I would encourage you to validate your experiences and gain self worth.
