It is likely we will exchange emails or chat on the phone for up to 1/2 hour to find out what your needs are & work out if I am the right counsellor for you

During this 50 minute session we will complete an intake form and work out how you will know when your needs in counselling have been met

We will collaborate during these 50 minute sessions to achieve your needs from counselling.

During this 60 minute session we will complete intake forms, establish some communication rules and establish what you want to achieve in terms of your relationship. 

We will use these 60 minute sessions to work on your aims
